Studio visit while creating paintings in a space which was to become the new part of Aarhus Kunstskole, handsomely let to me by Jan Sander at the very beginning of my 'career' in Aarhus. Following a successful first show with Jacob Bjørn's contemporary art gallery - then located on Vestergade - I was fortunate to be able to make a show with a more experimental kind of narrative painting. It was during this period I first encountered Old Holland's old king blue acrylic and began to make use of some found materials from Hamburg and Lisbon.
